  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 or higher

Those who have passed the exam and are seeking a job

③ Successfully completed the Technical Intern Training (ii)

  • Accommodation Industry:Completed Technical Intern Training (ii) for Accommodation
  • Food Service Industry:Completed Technical Intern Training (ii) for Meal processing for medical and welfare facilities

Those who have completed 3 years of training and are seeking a job

① Residence status : Tokutei Gino “Accommodation Industry” or “Food Service Industry”

Those who are already working in the accommodation or restaurant industry

Usage Flow


Sign up (free)

To receive employment support, first sign up for the service. It is completely free to use, including job introductions and support before and after joining the company. During registration, only basic information such as your name and nationality is required. The process takes about 1 minute.

   

Hear your desired conditions

A representative will contact you to conduct an meeting, either online or in person. Please share the type of facility, area, and working conditions you prefer. It’s also okay to simply seek advice about finding a job at a hotel or inn, or about changing jobs.

   

Introducing your job

Based on the information we have gathered, we will introduce job opportunities that are perfect for you. We can also provide access to private job openings that are not posted on the site.

   

Interview

Once you find a job you want to apply for, the person in charge will arrange an interview with the company. The interview will be conducted in Japanese with you, the company, and us. Our staff will also assist you in writing your resume before the interview.

   

Be hired

Once you are successfully hired, the next step is to begin preparations for joining the company.

We provide support for visa acquisition and change procedures, as well as assistance with other necessary procedures for living in Japan.

Support after joining the company

We hold regular meetings every three months to address consultations and requests regarding work. We will provide feedback on these consultations to the company and offer support to enhance your working environment. Additionally, you can discuss any daily concerns with the person in charge via chat.

The service is available to you.
You must complete Technical Intern Training (ii) or pass the exam listed below before your interview with the company.

Can international students also use it?

The service is available to you. Before the interview with the company, you need to pass the following:
