The job opportunities we introduce for Specified Skilled Worker holders are in three fields: Accommodation, Food Service, and Building Cleaning. We connect individuals who have these qualifications or are planning to obtain them with companies. The companies we work with are primarily hotels and inns.

There is no charge for using our service. We offer comprehensive support, from employment-related consultations to job introductions and all necessary procedures to start working.

④ For Specified Skilled Worker holders, support is provided both before and after joining the company!
We also provide support before joining the company, including visa acquisition/change procedures and assistance with official procedures necessary for living in Japan. After you join the company, we offer regular interviews, work-related advice, and feedback to both you and the company.

For the Specified Skilled Worker program, the following individuals are eligible.
Even if you haven’t passed the exam, we still welcome consultations regarding employment in the Japanese hotel industry.
Usage Flow
To receive employment support, please sign up for our service first. It’s completely free to use, including job introductions and support before and after joining a company. During registration, only basic information such as your name and nationality is required. The entire process takes about one minute.

A representative will contact you to conduct an meeting, either online or in person. Please share the type of facility, area, and working conditions you prefer. It’s also okay to simply seek advice about finding a job at a hotel or inn, or about changing jobs.

Based on the information we have gathered, we will introduce job opportunities that are perfect for you. We can also provide access to private job openings that are not posted on the site.

Once you find a job you want to apply for, the person in charge will arrange an interview with the company. For Specified Skilled Workers, the interview will be conducted in Japanese with you, the company, and our team. For those with Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services status or higher, the interview will be held in Japanese with you and the company. Our staff will also assist you in writing your resume before the interview.

Once you are successfully hired, the next step is to begin preparations for joining the company.

We provide support for visa acquisition and change procedures, as well as assistance with other necessary procedures for living in Japan.

For Specified Skilled Workers, we hold regular meetings every three months to provide support and address any work-related consultations. We will provide feedback on these consultations to the company and offer support to enhance your working environment. Additionally, you can discuss any daily concerns with the person in charge via chat. Those with Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services status or higher also have regular meetings. If you have any concerns or issues, please feel free to contact us.
